i got a kiyoseki flatiron as a birthday present i used it two times and thats it now it wont turn on!!! and it hasnt been one month since i got it, could somebody please give me a number where i can call to send it back!! you would think that it would work better then a cheap flatiron and this is the bigggggest piece of crapppp ive ever gotten as a present!!! you are soo rite. that stupid iron malfunctiond once and wen i exchangd it, it did the same thing within the 1st week! after a couple of mths i got my money back but i totally learnd my lesson
