I loved the way the K-syler did my hair but it died after only a couple of months, they replaced the first one fairly quickly but the replacement died after a couple of months too. Now they want 20.00 to replace it again, and I've been waiting 3 months for a replacement to be shipped, they refuse to give me a refund so I have no choice but to wait. Horrible company to deal with and unreliable product.!!! Who can I report them to so that will have to honor the warranty and replace this product and why should have I have to pay 20.00 each time it dies.

:( i feel your pain,my first one i got,quit on me in less then 2mths,then it took them 4 mths 2 send me another 1,then it lasted 2mths its a piece of ***,its a rip off,my boyfriend took it apart and seen that its the thermol fuse,because of how high it goes,if u keep it on longer than 10 minutes it will blow out,why did the company sale something that do that,and i sure didnt read anywhere where they told u it would do that....
