I purchased this faulty product. It did not work as advertised. I had a less expensive flat iron which performed better. So, I sent the Kiyoseki back for a refund.

I have not received my refund. When telephoning the company, they claim they never received the product and referred me to the post office. They did not obtain any of my information before stating the did not receive it.

Do not buy this product. Especially, do not let them con you into paying in full for the piece of garbage.

Do not waste your money on this product!! The advertisement is of this product is fraudlent. Return and refund is non existent.
