I got my
flat iron about 2-3 months ago and at first I liked the results. I had a little trouble with the temperature button being right on the handle because it was easy to hit by
mistake.
I guess that's what happened last night when I was doing my last piece of hair. All of a sudden my hair started to sizzle and actually got so hot it was stuck in the rod. When I pulled it out, a hugh
chunk of my hair was gone! I let the iron cool down (it had gone near 500 degrees!) and when I plugged it back in, it stopped working! What a big
disappointment, especially after paying all that
money! Unfortunately, I no longer have the original box with my warranty and can't seem to find out how to contact them. I bought it from the infommercial.

I bought the same flat iron for my wife. It worked perfect for the first couple months, the it became posessed. The temp would change on its own. At the final point, it became so hot that it burned off as chunk of my daughters hair. I am pissed! I tried contacting them, with no avail. TRUE SCAM! BEWARE!!
