I purchase the Kiyoseki Styler Pro, paid extra for the extended warranty. Well, to begin with it had an overall cheap construction. Had it two weeks and one of the plates fell off. So, I packaged it up along with all the accessories and warranty and purchase info, as instructed, and mailed it off, signature required. That was three months ago!!!! I am pretty sure I will never see the flat iron nor my money again which was about $150. I strongly suggest you avoid this product!! I really wonder if Carmen Electra knows or cares about what she is endorsing.

u have to wait for about 2 seconds for the straightner to turn on :)

I bought the kiyoseki styler and i was really happy i got it then the 3rd time i came to use it, it didnt work it shut off dont buy this product and not only me it shut off :( :?
