iron quit working two weeks before 60 day warranty was up. Called a CS Rep who assured me they would refund my money and he would send a return label via e-mail. Never happened. I have returned the iron UPS to the original address it was sent from with all documentation and accessories. I will track it to prove it was returned within the 60 day time frame in hopes of being able to get my credit card company involved which is the only way I expect to get my money back because these people are obviously selling a defective product as quick as possible and then will disappear into thin air before reinventing themselves with a new name and gimmick. Next stop...Better Business Bureau
