I purchased the Kstyler on May 26th 2008, it died on July 3rd, I had to go to walmart and spend extra money I did not have to purchase an iron which works much better by the way ( remington t-studio) ,they said no problem we knew some of the irons were defective we will replace it for you!! 10 phones calls and 3 month later (end of october) I got a replacement, they would not give me my money back. The iron now changes temperature on its own it scorched my hair. Waste of time and money to replace it again!!
