I ordered the kstyler in hopes that i would finally find the right flat iron. I seen it on tv. finally talked myself into orfering it..3 weeks went by until i called to check the status on my order..After i was hung up on 3 times!!! I finally got to a CSRep and she was rude and cudn't give me a reason when i ask to speak to a supervisor she told me there was no need for one!!!!! Well need less to say i have cancelled my order.. SAD i was lookin forward to tryin it out!!

I had mine for 2 months and it broke, I sent it back and it took them 4 months to send me a new one, and now the new one is broke, and they wont refund it. Is there anything I can do?

i bought mine in August and when I called in to place the order, they said my total was $125 something after tax and shipping and all that. When I received my bank statement, it said $145 was charged for Kiyoseki styler. I immediately called in and spoke to a rep., who claimed that I was charged that amount because I upgraded my Kiyoseki from a black styler to a silver colored one. RIDICULOUS!!! why would I waste $20 for that reason?!? Anyways, after a long while, they finally agreed to refund my money. So my account shows that I paid the amount for my straightener and they refunded me the $20. I received my product and assumed everything was in the clear. 3 months later, which was recently, I received a letter indicating that I had another purchase from Kiyoseki and that my order was cancelled. THIS IS INSANE!!! if they debit funds from my account again, I will sue!

NO REFUND!!! I even purchased the extra insurance!!! Didnt have it two weeks and it broke. Immediately mailed it in and never heard anything back. Have a Post Office reciept saying that they recieved it. Not a bad products, TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT BUY!!!!
