I have had the same problems with my Kyo*SUCK*i straight iron (and the manufacturer) as all of you.

This company is ripping people off everyday STILL. Now, Macy's is selling them for a SALE price of $99. Get a chance - contact Macy's and let them know what a piece of *** product this really is and suggest they NOT sell it!

We need to get the word OUT! Just imagine if Macy's gets an overwhelming number of complaints about this product from us (ripped off consumers)! That might dampen sales for this product.

C'mon girls. I'm out my money too and working with my credit card company to try and get it back.

I bought a Home decor item at Macy's for a friend of mine. I gifted it to him packed. When he opened it, there was a greeting card inside for Julia and Seanmartin. I was very embarassed, if looks like as if I re-gifted. Customer service didn't do anything to help me. I am never shopping at Macy's again.
