melted hair then broke

the Kiyoseki is defective. I had it for 2 weeks, the last time I used it, it MELTED MY HAIR, and then stopped working. I could never get it to turn on again. It cost 15.00 for them to send it to me, now I have to send pay for shipping and handling back to them and include a 20.00 check so they can send it back!! Who knows how long it will last; I only had it for 2 weeks and it broke!! NOT TO MENTION IT MELTS YOUR HAIR!! I liked it when it worked! onehundred words
